As a long-time fan of New Zealand honey—especially high-UMF Manuka—I never thought I would find another honey that could top it. After trying Jarrah honey, I am proven wrong. Not only does it has such a unique taste, but its health benefit is also even more impressive. The taste is so different to anay honey I tried til now.

Friedrich many thanks and I am not surprised as many of my customers who used Manuka are becoming educated and after they research discover that Manuka is up to 900% over priced due to aggressive marketing by the Manuka producers. Actually many of my customers are Ex Manuka consumers....BTW Manuka at high level is good medical honey however, the Jarrah I have is equal if not higher than the highest level of Manuka produced and 1 /10th of the price. Additionally Manuka at the highest level tastes bitter and earthy (web based research). My Jarrah medical grade at TA45+ has a beautiful Caramel Butterscotch taste. Cheers
